Youth Social Justice Series

Join us for this three part Social Justice workshop series for 8th-12th graders! During the youth “Let’s Talk” series, we will offer a different topic each time, start with a little framing and background on the topic, and then open up the conversation so we can all learn from each other. Because our mission at the YWCA is Eliminating Racism and Sexism, all discussions will be rooted in intersectional, feminist, anti-racism.

Next series dates TBD!

Camp LogoDifferent Canvas Camp

Different Canvas is a FREE summer camp for 8th-12th graders. This camp is open to all genders and all races, though it is curated for the youth of color experience and explores themes of healing, identity, and community through art. We will specifically be exploring what it means to heal from the impacts of historic and ongoing racism and marginalization.

Change Your World Camp
