Did you know that the historic YWCA Kearney House is available for your group and/or event? Meetings, discussions, presentations, fundraisers, showers, celebrations? The Kearney House can fit your event needs!
Our options include:
The Zonta Room: This beautifully restored Grand Parlor can host your event from 4 to 30 guests with a number of configurations. Furnished with antique and traditional items including a conversational couch arrangement, side chairs, table seating for 4 to 10 comfortably and additional room perimeter seating, side tables for display or food, and a large gas fireplace which completes this comfortable and welcoming space. Wi-Fi is available and a restroom is located just off the Zonta Room.
The Zonta Room renovation was funded by a generous grant from the Mary P. Dolciani Halloran Foundation with the support of the Zonta Club of Olympia and the Zonta Club of South Puget Sound, in addition to the talents and in kind donations from local businesses.
Kathleen’s Clubhouse: A fun and educational atmosphere will welcome your guests in two separate learning areas. One features seating by rows or circles of chairs and/or table seating. The smaller area includes a comfy couch and seating for an informal get-together as well as four computer stations. Wi-fi is available and a private bathroom is included on this level for your guests.

Outdoor space: Our backyard is a beautiful setting under the shade of trees for your small gathering. Tables and chairs are available to host your event up to 30 guests.
Our full kitchen is also available for your use and features an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven and utensils.

Applicable fees are payable one week in advance and are non-refundable.
- $25 per hour for the Zonta Room
- $50 per hour for Kathleen’s Clubhouse (Basement rooms)
- $15 flat rate for kitchen use
- $20 for projector or screen
- A $25-$100 deposit is required to insure compliance with clean up policy and deposit will be refunded provided all use regulations have been met.
- Arrangements for usage must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance
- Rooms are scheduled on an “as available” basis, but we can work with your schedule!

All proceeds from rental of the historic Kearney House support the YWCA’s mission and programs to eliminate racism and sexism to advance the political, social and economic status of all women and girls.
