Kathleen’s Closet is a community closet where people can shop for free feminine business and trade professional clothing. Our goal is to remove barriers for people looking for work, going into an interview, or starting a new job. Whether you need just one outfit or a new wardrobe, we have what you need.

No appointment is needed, drop in during our regular business hours:
10am - 2pm, Tuesday - Thursday.
All clothes and items are free however we do ask that you fill out some demographic info (ethnicity, gender, etc) so we can better serve our community. (this information is used internally, is confidential and for data collection only)
What to Donate
Donations are open on a limited basis, and during our business hours only. Please drop clean, business casual attire only Tuesday-Thursday between 10a-2p. We are currently looking for:
Business casual attire all sizes
Black, close toed, non-slip shoes
Accessories
Shopping bags (reusable tote bags, sturdy duffel bags, etc)
Volunteers to help run the closet: orienting new shoppers, sorting clothing and keeping the closet neat. For more info visit www.ywcaofolympia.org/volunteer
Other partner organizations to donate casual clothes and household items that we may not be able to take:
Sergio’s is a daytime resource center that connects people with hygiene services, vital social services such as medical and mental health care, and an overflow shelter during inclement, hazardous weather, and short-term emergencies. They accept clothing, bedding, and more. Reach out to confirm if they can accept your donations!
Sergio’s day center hours: Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
