Do you have an upcoming event or run a group and need space to host? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! We offer two separate spaces to fit your needs:
Friendship Hall boasts 900 sq ft of usable, ADA accessible space and includes a small kitchen area, a fully stocked bathroom, and chairs and tables available as needed. Friendship Hall is the building to the left of the main house, originally a carriage house, now turned community hub- the perfect place to gather up to 75 people! There is access to a fridge, sink, and microwave.
The Zonta Room is located inside our main building, the Kearney House, on the first floor. This space is perfect for small meetings and gatherings. This cozy space is ADA accessible via ramp and has a bathroom just across the hall for when your group needs to refresh themselves.
Availability & Pricing
Friendship Hall is available 7 days a week for rental. We offer a sliding scale of $45-75 per hour. Actual rate will be confirmed at confirmation when fees are due. A limited number of reduced cost/free hours are available each week. Please let us know on the rental request form if that would support you in accessing the space. Please view the calendar below to for availability!
The Zonta Room is available Monday-Sunday from 9:00 am - 10:00 pm. (Please be aware that our office hours are Tuesday-Thursday from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, and thus the house will be occupied with staff and other guests during these times.) Please email us at reserve@ywcaofolympia.org for availability!
$35 per hour.
Kitchen Use: The refrigerator in the Kearney House kitchen is free for use by all rental guests. If you wish to use the kitchen for any other purpose (such as using the oven, microwave, cookware, or tableware), we charge a flat $25 fee.

**This calendar is attached to a rental request form. After you have submitted your rental request, we will contact the responsible party via the provided email address in this form within 2-4 business days to discuss and confirm date, times, rates, and necessary documents.
Please note that the times available here are indicating the start times the space is available. For example, if you want to reserve the space from 12p-4p, you would select the 12p-12:30p slot, and then please indicate the full length of your rental request in the question below.**
When selecting a time slot, please include the full time you will need access to the space including set-up and clean-up. Please ensure you leave enough time to take down and clean up as the buffer time between groups my be a little as 5 minutes. Thank you!
